We are starting the new year strong! Thank you to those who are signing up to host a small group this Lent; this is very exciting for our parish. As these groups continue to meet and grow, I think we will see a huge transformation in our parish. It’s not too late to sign up to be a host. Please contact the parish office or email me directly at macneil65@gmail.com. Our sign-up Sunday for participants will start on the weekend of January 25th and 26th, so it’s not too late to become a host!
I would also like to highlight two more important events that are coming up in the meantime (they are listed in our top 3). First, all of our high school students are invited to participate in a Youth Alpha for teenagers, starting on Sunday, January 19th. Our youth minister, Laura, will be speaking about it at our 5:00 pm Mass this weekend and the 11:00 am Mass next weekend, and you can sign up on either of these weekends.
Secondly, our GriefShare program starts up on Thursday, January 16th for those who have experienced a recent loss. We offered this program last fall, and I have heard nothing but good things about it from those who participated.
